Here in Amarillo Texas we deal with Mexicans.
My co-worker had to take pictures of a damaged front end loader we have on rent.
My co-worker showed up at the job site and many Mexicans were around the machine. When he broke out the camera to take pics of the machine.... 
..the Mexicans ran off very quickly and could not be found.

No, infact they beat them to a pulp at the border and rape the women I have heard....in any case, they don't have an illegal immigrant problem nor do they open their borders to them. They are an elitest country where the wealth and education are in the hands of the white Spaniards while the rest of the nation is dirt poor for the most part and the solution to that is not to create more jobs and better conditions but rather to send the problem to the US

Anyone remember what happened when God confused their languages? They were unable to work together or be in unity. So someone like Rico might believe speaking the same language is the best thing for a nation and english is the common language that threads this nation together and has been. Call that what ever you want, but those words do not necessarily define Rico

Excuse me but I live in S California. I am a minority numerically in my city to the Mexican/Mexican American population, but I can take a picture of a dozen Latinos and not a single one will have a sign on their forhead magically appear that says "Illegal"...so I still want to know how a picture is going to tell us they are undocumented...just being of mexican descent does not mean you are illegal

yes....the Spanish conquored Mexico. Many people in South America are technically white europeans just transplanted here. They all speak the language but there is a vast divide economically and socially. Dark skinned south Americans are really more Indian. Light skinned ones are more European.

You are right a pic can not prove it. But actions (like running off) and lack of understanding English is a pretty good sign.
