Well, he stirred the wrong pot tonight.

So many times on here, people take him too seriously and I don't want any UNDO attention.

ST Mark, please keep in mind, LC is preparing some kind of Medieval Feast.

Cannibalism was not offlimits at these events, and I understand the menu has not been fully determined. It is also customary to pick a fight with a dinner "subject" - it's much easier to eat someone you have little admiration for...

Good Luck!!

In the words of the great Rodney King... Why can't we all just get along!

Re: CC1 is alive and well!!!!!!

LOL!!!!! St. Mark, that was funny. I have missed everybody but knew everybody would enjoy a break from my dry sense of humor.

A convergence of technical difficulties (couldn't log on) and several weeks of 12 hour work days that left me mentally dranined AND of course being a new Grampa all conspired to keep me away.

I didn't even look at the forum when I couldn't look on because I knew I would read something it would kill me not to respond to or I would see something that needed admin action and I would be helpless to do anything.

I just flew in tonight from a business trip in Texas and grabbed my laptop to see if my technical problem was really fixed and it is thanks to Renda.

Hopefully beginning next week things will be a little more normal in my life and I will have time to get involved again.

God Bless!!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: CC1 is alive and well!!!!!!

good to have you back on the forum CC.
You have more drama in your life than almost anyone I've heard of.
You and Amazing Grace should get to know each other better and
compare notes

Also, since you are never here to do your job, let Renda know I
would be more then glad to take your job as an admin

I'll be gone most of the day ....busy til late tonight
