In fact I think that the insinuation of "hateful" Pentecostals is coming mostly from the fertile imaginations of bitter, backslidden ex Apostolics who are constantly trying to find a way to justify their actions. ~ strait shooter

Re: The disciples smoked pot??

Among the different things I've heard people say, and try to justify it with scriptures...

* Jesus prophesied of the coming of Mohammed.

* Jesus approved of the gay lifestyle.

* Mary Magdgalene was secretly married to Jesus.

* David and Johnathan were lovers.

* Jesus spent time learning mysticism in Egypt.

* Eve was Adam's second wife... His first wife was named Lilith!

... and so many others.

(Deception is a terrible thing.)

They also smoked cigarettes in the OT:

Quote:
Gen 24:64 And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she lighted off the camel.

Well, we know that Noah was also the first person to have money in the bible.
He had bucks and doe with him in the Ark.

They played tennis:
Joseph served in Pharaoh's court.

and baseball:
In the big inning...

and synchronized their watches:
Mat 27:65 Pilate said unto them, Ye have a watch: go your way, make it as sure as ye can.
Mat 27:66 So they went, and made the sepulcher sure, sealing the stone, and setting a watch.
