Heyyyyy....I think West finally got a sidebar! He didn't ask for this one, but it works in his favor, since the Judge is considering whether or not to allow audio to be played.

One easy solution would be to remove the Jury, allow the audio to be played and give West the opportunity to state his reasoning.

I believe West said each side has their own transcriber; and West's transcriber couldn't understand what Rachel said. Apparently though, the Pros' transcriber could.

I don't know, I had to step away from the room for a minute and it looks like a recess was called.

It's probably safe to say Rachel won't be done with her testimony today. Even if West wraps his questioning up in the first 1/2 hour back from lunch, the subsequent follow up and re-cross would take the rest of the day and quite possibly continue through tomorrow morning.

Funny, right after I come out and claim that her testimony will probably go on til tomorrow....it's over. Crazy

I'd hate to be West or O'mara. The Judge looks very annoyed with them right now, and hasn't been fair or impartial AT ALL today. She's been very biased to the prosecution and hasn't allowed the defense any leeway.

Maybe it's just me...
