It's going to be a fun read. I've read a little already. I'll probably skip over the chapter, "Sex and the Single Grandmother".
Thanks, Renda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really loved this!
What Do You Give A Grandmother?
1. A handmade picture by the artist (signed, of course)
2. A personally designed card with Grandma's name featured prominently (spelled or misspelled - who cares?)
3. The latest photograph of Darling Grandchild
4. A frame to hold the latter.
5. A leaf, flower, acorn, or dandelion picked by Darling Grandchild.
6. Cookies, cupcakes, or Anything Else made by D.G.
7. A poem or story signed by the author
8. An invitation to lunch (if D.G. lives nearby)
9. A telephone call - whether or not it's a gift occasion - because what Darling Grandchild has to learn is that there isn't a grandmother - with or without credit cards - who doesn't value a grandchild's two words over his two cents.
