He said something like, "This guy is checking me out." That could indicate a little fear, I suppose.

Very.
Now he is bringing up the Skittles. I wonder why, if he was playing video games with his step-brother, and running to grab the Skittles for the boy, it took him 40 minutes to get back to the complex from 7-Eleven. And why was he lingering around outside on the phone in the rain and the dark.
Just doesn't make sense, unless he wasn't playing video games and the Skittles weren't for his brother.

MOM is so much better at explaining things then BDLR. I bet MOM will not raise his voice once on his closing and that will stick with the jury..

Yea,
How much longer is he going to rant? He is so annoying.
Some are commenting that he is appealing to the emotional side of the women jurors. But, I think these women are a little sharper than that.
