What is the one skill he has? Preaching. There's a market for him and he will find his niche and will continue just like fuller, hanby, swaggert, bakker, et al. Most of them don't go to selling cars, insurance, investments, real estate or start a business. They find a place somewhere in the church world, any church world, that can pay the bills and put food on the table.

Gossip doesn't have to be a lie. Gossip is the deliberate release of information. The gossiper has an agenda.
Gossip is not a characteristic Christ endorses. Involving oneself in the matters that don't concern them is one of the things that can keep you out of heaven. TB may not have been Christlike in his actions and hurt a lot of people. The people who are willing to share what they "know" are just as guilty of dragging this out in public. Christ like behavior doesn't appear to be displayed on either side.

Pastor Terry Black (Memphis, TN) will be preaching at the Thursday night service of General Conf.

He was scheduled for GC 2012. A week or two before GC he was confronted about his indiscretions and was scrubbed from the schedule. Coon I'm sure doesn't realize this is still on his website.
