I believe one person can be both a preacher and teacher. My husband can preach evangelistic on a Sunday night and he also can teach bible studies (break down the scriptures to where everyone can understand) on Wed. night. I know many Pastors that can do both.

The first UPC church I ever attended (and did so for many years), all they did was teach. We rarely heard preaching unless it was a special speaker that came in, or the rare occassion of one of the young preacher got to preach. I love good teaching...some of my favorites are:
Bro. Munsey (cannot remember his first name right now)
Bro. Jonathan Maki
Dr. James Hughes
Bro. Nate Wilson (more of a favorite of my husband's)

Definitely T F Tenney
His recent teaching..."Let the Redeemed of the Lord Dress So" was fantastic.
