2012
Hi Guys! I know I haven't been around for awhile, but school has been very time consuming. I still love you guys but I am curious as to what everyone here on AFF thinks about the world ending on Dec 21 2012? None of us knows when God is going to do his stuff, and almost every generation has thought that thier generation was the last. Do you guys give any credence to the Mayan calander? How about the I-ching from the Chinese? It would seem that the whole world has a prediction of 2012, is this a coincedence or is there something to it? Just curious what you guys think. God's blessings be upon you!

Re: 2012
Just a coincidence ... no one could count past that number to 2013 or beyond.

Re: 2012
Global warming conspiracy theorists say it will be burning hot by then. Obama may be in exile in Venezuela. Sounds good to me.

The whole earth is groaning for the redemption of the cosmos, the sooner the better, this old planet is tired and needs the touch of the Master's hand!!!
But I wouldn't in anyway want to create another Y2K panic.
Blessings to you Bro. Easty.

Hi coadie, I see you found your way on the AFF! Global warming eh? Well it has been a cool July (one of the coolest on records here in Indy).

Re: 2012
Difference between y2k and 2012 is you won't have to waste your money building shelter or buying tons of supplies ... Y2K wasn't a doomsday, end of the world scenario like 2012 is.
Speaking of 2012 and the end of the world as we know it ... anyone watch "Knowing?" Terrible movie. A giant fireball kills everyone on earth ... except for the little kids taken away by aliens.

These type are wrong 100 percent of the time - whether they are predicting the end of time or other prophecy.
