converting Publisher files

I have done a newsletter in Publisher. Now we need to put it on a website. I emailed the Publisher file to the webmaster, but he can't work with that. He needs it both in Word and also as a PDF file.

I have tried to convert it to a Word doc but every time I do I lose all the graphics. And the Word document that is becomes is nowhere close to what I had created.

So today I bought a program called ScanSoft PDF Create! 4. I tried to install that on my computer but all it does is flash a quick glance at a DOS window and then nothing. Nada. Not a thing.

I have no idea what to do. This really makes me upset because I paid $50 for this program. They told me at the store that this program would convert the Publisher file into a PDF and that I wouldn't lose a thing. But I can't even install the thing.

Any suggestions????? Keep in mind that while I am not completely ignorant, I certainly am not a computer whiz either. Thanks!!
