I am on Sparkpeople but using weight watchers as my reference guide.Anyone
have good recipes?

Throw some veggies together with olive oil in the oven! Always good option. Or get a pressure cooker--it cooks things much healthier.

I like to keep a freezer full of frozen veggies and a box of fresh.I get tired of salads all the time though.thanks for the hint.

I found a weight watcher book in the pharmacy section at walmart....maybe you can find it too. If you want I can give you a couple recipes from it.
