Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
For those who believe the Bible is literal in the sense that women cannot speak in the church, and the Bible explicitly states for them to ask their husbands at home if they are to learn anything, why can't they ask the pastor or someone else in the church? It appears that Paul is telling women that if they can't learn it while being silent in church, they are to ask their husbands at home and learn that way. It doesn't make sense.
It also doesn't make sense that the above has anything to do with women preaching either. I attend church often, and the person speaking is teaching, not learning.

To condemn women and their work is to condemn the God whose blessing is upon their labors and who saves souls who hear them. Beware lest you fight against God.

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
Philip the evangelist is noted not for his own gift and ministry, but rather for his four daughters who had the gift of prophesy (which, by the Apostle Paul's estimation, was the highest gift). Prophecy is a gift that the Bible says is to be used in the church so that others may judge....I really don't think it is so much for a tea party somewhere....

Re: End Time Army of Women Preachers Psalms 68:11
I have heard it said that Paul spoke against women speaking to address a problem in the Church. It was a particular time/place problem which may have not been meant for all circumstances. I certainly think that ladies must be subject to their head. In Philips case, they were virgin's and I believe that would have been their father; or in the case of the married it would be to their husband. I think a lady's ministry in no way should bring dishonor to her husband. I don't think God would call a lady to a ministry that would destroy her family or bring disunity to the local church. I personally don't see any precedent for women as bishops or elders though. Elder women where to teach younger women, but I don't see in scripture where they held the position elder, deacon, bishop, etc.

It was solely disruption during preaching by women asking husbands what the preacher meant. Nothing more.
