You can remove each of these. Don't just disable but remove them then go back to adobe and install flash. Flash is needed for a lot of things like youtube videos.
Do you have "Hijackthis"?

When do you get it?

I don't get it every time. And when I click the link again, it will load.
Do you think it might have to do with my Avast Safe Zone?
I went into IE and Safe Zone showed that I had a long list of trackers. I don't get that on Firefox.
