It's not that simple
It was under Ottoman occupation for many years. Jews were already living and migrating there in smaller numbers
It was then occupied by Napoleon and then Egypt. Read the history. It was not a Palestinian nation
Arabs, Turks, French OH MY! They lived with the Jews in that area.
Also, to this day there are Arab Israelis who are citizens of Israel and have jobs there. The fact is Israel was attacked by Arab nations
Control wasn't taken away from the Palestinians by the Jews nor by the UN. It was taken away from the Turks (Ottoman) who were themselves foreign invaders, by the British. It belonged to nobody, except the next occupying nation (britain) and they decided to make it a homeland for Jews (Many of who already lived there).
There is a lot more but it's just not compared to taking Indian land
