Re: Disciple

MY FAMILY CAME INTO THE APOSTOLIC MOVEMENT IN 1916, MY MOTHER FIRST, THEN THE REST OVER A PERIOD OF TIME THERE AFTER. HOWARD GOSS, G.T.HAYHOOD, W.T.WITHERSPOON, F.E.CURTS, AND MANY MORE WERE PREACHERS THAT MY FAMILY KNEW AND APPROPRIATED. i HAVE PERSONALLY SPOKEN WITH ALL OF THESE MEN WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HAYWOOD, BUT HAVE SPOKEN TO HIS WIFE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHEN VISITING CHRIST TEMPLE.[IND.] YOU CAN ANTICIPATE A CONSERVATIVE APPROACH IN MY WRITINGS AND COMMENTS,. NEVERTHELESS, WE HAVE GREAT RESPECT OF ALL BELIEVERS, AND REMAIN, ALWAYS A BROTHER IN CHRIST OUR LORD.

F.E. Curts was my pastor from 1957 to 1963/64.
When I was at the Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, MN for the 1956/1957 year I had a room mate from the church in Cincinnati pastored by F.E. Curts. I came to Cincinnati after the school year so I could sit under Bro. Curts' teaching. When September arrived I was unable to return to St. Paul, MN and have been in this area ever since. I've preached for Bro. Curts a few times and one month both he and I had articles in the Ohio District UPC News. We left that church in 1963/64 (can't remember) to attend an ALJC church in this area that was pastored by Joe David Sizemore.
