I have to say that I am unimpressed. This 'system' that we use is much the same as is and was used in Jewish assemblies after the destruction of Solomon's Temple. This they used to pass down the Law of Moses so the people would be able to live according to the laws of God.
I have read other materials that claim that we do everything wrong, but often they are filled with an abundance of doctrinal errors and misquoted Scripture to prove their point. When faced with this, we would do well to remember that there are many who will not wish to answer to anyone, but the Bible says that our church leadership must give account for our souls, and therefore we must follow them as they follow after Christ. Let us be careful of the voices that we choose to give our ears to in this time.
