Nope. 
Do you have anything other than your opinion to point to when you say that God must not be all-loving or all-powerful "if" He allows pain to exist in the world?
Since He obviously DOES allow pain to exist in the world, then which is it, in your opinion? Is He lacking power or lacking love?
