Succession would only leave the federal agencies and military power with our current federal government. The only answer to our problems is cession.
All of the collective states need to repeal the 17th Amendment so that we can replace party rule with state rule which is found in the Constitution.
Repealing the 17th Amendment reverts power back to the states and only allows the Government to operate by consent of the governed states.

Right. And Mrs Medina speech spoke about their being tools (weapons) in our arsenal that we have not tried yet. This would definitely be one of those tools.
The fact is that the federal government has reached the tipping point. It has far exceeded it's constitutional limitations and surpassed it's authority.
It is time for the states to begin to stand up and demand some changes.
The fellow at the microphone has some issues.
Many people don't like the way things are going.
Many people don't like the heavy handedness of the US Government.
You can hate how things are being done without saying you hate the US.
As a matter of fact those who fight against the things that are going on these days should be doing so under the banner of fighting FOR the US government and taking it back from the hands of those who would abuse their authority and disgrace what the founding fathers created.
If no recourse can be found then secession is an option to look into. But 140 years isn't long enough for us to have forgotten what the federal governments reaction to that will be.
