Actually, I think we all bring our experiences to the Board. I'm focusing on the "defrauding" because I get so many women complaining about their sex lives only to find out it is their stinking fault for being lazy! Now, I'm not broadbrushing for every woman, just what I've dealt with. Sometimes I feel like just answering the phone after I see who is calling and yelling - "Get over it! It's your fault!" LOL! I'm not speaking of adultery here or defrauding, just a lazy approach to intimacy.
Anyway, the bottom line, for me, is that it was the first time I saw what a huge responsibility we have, as Christians, not to put an occasion to fall or stumble in front of our brother. It's as though we drive his weakness and almost destroy him with it.
That's pretty much on the same lines of working with new converts. You have to be wise to say just so much, let God do His part, the preaching do it's part. We have a job, that's for sure - a heavy responsibility - in our marriages, church, community, family, etc.
