Well come 9:30 AM I have a meeting with the new boss about another employee who not pulling here weight, I hate to see people get fired but this woman really needs to go. I’ve put up with her not doing her job for two years now, even after compliant made to my supervisor, who said she take care of it, but never did, and surpriser, surpriser she was fired three weeks ago for not doing her job. Anyway I hope I will remain strong, I tend to feel bad for others and need to separate my feeling from the facts, she lazy and a bad worker, we've had many complains from others as well about her work. I need to get the point across this person needs to go, we need real help. Ok enough said, just venting here~ Night
