Sheesh. Nothing wins with you. You're making the point that dancing an entire worship service, running, jumping, etc are not
that good for you. And actually, if they busted out a treadmill in the pew, it would be even better.
Calories aside, getting the blood flowing helps decrease stress. Surprise, surprise!
