Talking is ok if it gets you somewhere, but talking to a crazy man doesn't make much sense. The reality is Obama is not going to embrace Iran. Politics is one thing, but when it comes down to it the basics of American foreign policy it will be much the same. Obama will react with force at the first opportunity to show that he is not weak. I really am more concerned with the way he will prolong a weak economy through bad policies, (punishing those who make money, higher government spending, etc.) than with our foreign policy. As long as he picks experienced advisors and listens that part will be fine.

Baron when Regan began the trickle down
farce the middle class began to lose. It simply did not trickle down it stopped trickling at the wealthy. We had some good years with Clinton then Bush turned the spicket down to a trickle again. Hopefully Obama will roll back the gully washer given to the rich who
did not create good paying jobs. I know you will, as a good republican blame the democratic congress but you know they were blocked every time by your party when they wanted to pass legislation. Now that the republicans are out of the way maybe thing will be done for all Americans and not just the rich.
