this is not new for Barak Obama. The guy worked hard to get all of his compitition toss out when he ran for ill state legisature. his campaign poured over every single petition signature and went to court to get enough tossed so the he could run unopposed.
then when he ran for the senate, his people used the law to unseal divorce records of his opponent so he could get dirt on the guy that sunk his campaign.
This is his version of "new politics". it will get worse. and once he is in, you can bet people will go to jail that are his political enemies.
