Food & Fun Friday Night in Mineola
Well folks just want to tell y'all about Friday night entertainment in Mineola. My husband called on his way home from work to tell me he wants to go and eat BBQ when he gets to town.
He and I and a couple of our kids and their families/date go to have great BBQ at the Split Rail BBQ joint. Sliced beef, sausage, chicken, & chopped beef sandwiches. Potato salad, cole slaw, fried okra, okra gumbo, pinto beans, baked beans, turnip greens, corn on the cob, and a baked potato. We all ate very well and even had some leftovers to bring home.
On the way home my husband decides he needs to go to the Tractor Supply Company. My husband goes in and 20 minutes later comes out with a bag of dog food and a tool to work on his tractor.
There you have it folks: food & fun Friday night in the big town of Mineola.
