The police officer that escorted me this morning to my work location asked me a question. He is Catholic, so this question sort of surprised me.
He said someone told him the apple/or fruit that Eve ate was not a fruit but sexual relations with the serpent.
I told him that sounded like the serpent seed doctrine that the Branhamites teach.
I told him the scripture said they ate of the fruit of the tree and that is what they did.
How would you have answered?
