Several questions:
1. IF...there really is a plan to start a new organization, why not mention it on the handbill?
2. IF...Booker and Godair are driving this, how can they presently continue to hold credentials with the UPC?
3. IF...this is really "formation" meeting, I wonder if they will cut, copy, and paste the AOF and AS of the UPC into their charter?
4. IF...they build it, and no one comes, what then?
5. IF...this is not a "formation," but is instead a new "alliance," how will those in the hallowed halls view such a political move?
6. Why all the secrecy?
