Never use big fonts. What I did was write a small java script program that detects screen size and then inserts the appropriate CSS file. Many people just use "em" and inherited font sizes and this is supposed to adjust well but it seems kinda involved to me. I'd rather just have one font size and let the viewers resize if need be
