I have a praise report to share.
Back in 2020, I believe we were exposed quite a few times to the c virus. I have never gotten sick. My husband ran fever once after a Thanksgiving visit where everyone came down with it. People all around me were losing their taste and smell, and were very sick. I have never run fever, lost taste or smell, or had any of the c symptoms.
I was directly exposed to my daughter a month ago. Her in-laws had attended a party where everyone was vaxed and masked. At the party, a gal received a call she had just tested positive for covid (vaxed and masked). Every attendee at the party got the covid. Chills, fever, extreme fatigue, chills, headache, cold, the whole gamut. Two weeks later my daughter got sick from exposure to the virus through her husband's family. She was also moving the weekend she got sick. They needed our help. So my husband and I helped them move, being exposed to everyone there, plus our daughter who was very ill with fever, chills, fatigue etc. More than a month has passed and none of us got sick.
Over a year ago, my doctor told us to begin taking vitamin D 10,000 units a day. I started myself, my husband and son on the vitamin D protocol. None of us have been sick since.
I believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Get your vitamin D levels checked, and take at least 5000 IU a day, or more. We live in the north, and so we take 10,000 units.
Truly, I believe the way to fight this virus is boost your immune system so you don't get sick.
By the way, my daughter lost her taste and smell a few days later. She sent us a video of her drinking straight lemon juice, without even gagging. Unbelievable! I had her start taking vitamin D right away. I think she now believes us, how vitally important the vitamin D is. She is fully recovered.
