The reported post tool guarantees Admin Team members will review a post. I personally like to review about 3 pages prior to see if it is a matter of "chest thumping" like some of the residents like to do, or if there is a heated discussion and in the heat some things were posted in haste. Many times we can resolve issues with PM.
