Therefore that was your first standard you were given, the work of being good. The standards differed from family to family, and your first pastor figure was your father, mother, teacher, older siblings, babysitter. Dynamics were different from family to family. You even visited other families and thought "if my family was like this" or "if my dad (mom) was like their dad (mom) everything would be great.
