This question can only come up in the smallest of Christian circles in the world. While I certainly respect people for holding convictions, we're talking about hair here, not getting drunk or committing adultery.
IMO, God could care less if this woman cuts her hair due to a problem that she encountered. It has nothing to do with rebellion or the like and there is absolutely NOTHING in scripture that indicates that uncut hair has any soterialogic effect whatsoever or gives anyone power. (sorry Ruth Reider)
This is not an abortion, it is HAIR, for heaven's sake. Let the precious saint do what she thinks she needs to do and bless her in her decision to do so. I would trust someone with that kind of heart and let them know that as well. People need to know that their pastor believes in them and their ability to hear from the Lord.
