Puttin On A Spread

So went to Walmart really late last night to get the stuff needed to do a ton of food today. I'm at my grandparents and I'm going to be cooking for my family and my pastor and his family.

After 4 years of being out of church it feels really strange but good to say those words. "My pastor"

Anywho, I'm doing two massive pork roasts, smoked on the grill and rubbed down with my spice rub, green beans with candied bacon, corn, loaded mashed potato casserole, hot rolls with honey butter and banana pudding.

Now this banana pudding...It's a doozy. I don't use just vanilla pudding but banana cream pudding, condensed milk, cream cheese and of course Nilla Wafers....The secret is how those ingredients are combined ;-)

So now that I've totally ruined someone's fast...How y'all doin?
