Advice on handling a rental property

The property readiness is going slower than I'd hoped. I'm more optimistic and less stressed about all The little details:

What to set rental price
How to create the rental agreement and what to put in it
How to craft a property management agreement
Where to advertise
How to get utilities temporarily turned on to get house cleaned and everything checked to make sure it still works properly
Whether to set up a business to handle this or to do it under my own name
what's my best option when it comes to taxes

I think I've got the basics of these figured out. I hope to have everything ready by the end of January.
