I have had my share of bad deals, but I have done what I could to move on. I have always kept my devotions if higher than the local church, or tried to adopt the local church is higher than mine. Seems ok to me to sometimes drive at the speed limit in smaller towns to avoid trouble there also. I cannot say I have ever had issues with a request that a Pastor asked of me. If they are actually interested in moving forward reaching a lost community, hang ups and weird teachings will prove their overall downfall. I have not sat under men who insisted to see my calendar or inspect my closet either. Thank God for this!
Coonskinner has told many times that his ministry made room for itself with very little prodding on his part. This has inspired me to redevote myself to God and allow Him to make the advances.
