Heard this today and wanted to add it to the conversation.
Libertarian's view of rape - On a strike, you keep the trespasser out. Eviction is a good thing and a bad thing. It's a property rights issue.
Pro-life says you don't have the right to evict nor to kill at any time. The left says you have a right to evict and kill anytime, even in the ninth month.
Libertarians compromise, you have a right to evict, but not to kill.
Sometimes, in the early days of the baby to evict is to kill. The unwanted fetus is a trespasser. Something is growing in her that she didn't agree to. Doesn't she have a right to evict that? If she doesn't have a right to evict that, we might as well kiss property rights goodbye.
