Pepper Jack for sandwiches, Feta or Shredded cheddar for salad, Colby for just chunking up and eating.

My guys like Smoky Swiss or Smoky Cheddar. They consider those like candy.

But my all time favorite cheese I've ever eaten?? I bought CHOCOLATE CHEESE when we went to the Amish area in Pennsylvania. It's just like fudge!! But healthy

(or at least I told myself it was healthy. Don't burst my bubble!)
