Treating the Weiner?

I heard on a news blurb that Weiner is (instead) just "entering treatment."
Ah, so now they know know how to treat stupidity? Or is treatment REALLY individualized, and they can teach you how to not get caught next time?

For fun, let's imagine treatment being suggested for other "mistakes" in history.
