You would not believe the ordeal my wife and I have been through, even backing out of a deal 2 days before digging due to property line shenanigans.
So after finally finding the perfect spot, and some haggling with a 3rd party land owner, our offer was accepted...then more junk...seems like my social insurance number (like social security) was out of whack.
We even read an email where they thought I had "refugee" status, lol, a refugee from California..."Help me its too hot here, and the beaches are soooo warm, please hide me in Canada"!!!! he he he
So....God stepped in...get this, after a phone call, a Canada Customs officer brought me the proper paperwork with all of his official seals, stamps, business card to my work!!!!! This was within an hour after my conversation with him....then this past Monday, the lady overhearing my conversation with a "temp" at Service Canada stepped around to see this monkey who was getting nowhere...she was a Pentecostal who recognized me from me doing my music at different events in the city, she took me into her office and 10 minutes later I was legal!!! He he he, thank you Jesus. So, now the companies are clamoring for my business and I get to choose the lowest rate
