I am currently holding in my "formerly nicotine stained fingers" a 1992 copy of the Ohio Apostolic News. As I peruse the 100 churches that are listed and their attendance (not all have attendance listed) I know for a fact that the vast majority of those churches do not have current attendance levels that match that of 15 yrs prior.
I sincerely doubt if Ohio is an anomaly. I also know that there are many UPC churches in the US that are experiencing wonderful growth. I would be willing to "bet" that they are the exception and not the rule.
