But .... There Is God!!

I woke up in the middle of the night - anxious - and remembered that I hadn't taken the chicken out of the freezer for dinner. So managed to get my contacts in so I could see and down the stairs into the garage and pulled the chicken out of the freezer.

Back to bed .... and put myself to sleep reciting the first couple lines of Ps. 23. The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. He leads me beside still waters ..... He restoreth my soul. Some things suck the soul dry but God is a Restorer!

Anyhow.....just took a few minutes and I was asleep then slept longer than I should have - had planned to be in the kitchen making advance dinner prep but didn't get up until way past 7. Acckkkkk!

Anyhow, think I got it together so now need to finish getting ready for church.

But.......there is God!!!!
