To make Ferd Jealous
I fixed smothered pork steaks with long grain jasmine rice
and gravy.The good kind made from browning the meat just right and adding rotel and onions.A huge pot of field peas and snaps.It was so good I almost fell asleep in church over it all.I have to remember to eat earlier.BTW the cantelopes here right now are big as a basket ball no kidding and two for four dollars.Today I am in search of a nice watermelon from a farmer somewhere on the roadside.BTW we have Baileys Farmers Market here with produce to write home about.
