Nice article- Does Jeff do Memphis style BBQ or North Carolina style. There is a guy Bossier City that does wonderful North Carolina style with a vinegar BBQ Sauce.

Normally, he does ribs with a dry rub, and serves sauce on the side. (And you don't really need the sauce.) Is that Memphis style?
We've never done ribs with the vinegar BBQ sauce, but we have used it with pulled pork.
