They probably had points on the 4.99% rate that did not exist at 5.15. On a 15 year loan you may not actually save much considering your are simply prepaying some interest in the form of points.

I have to go find a riding lawnmower/garden etc. Probably John Deere unless someone knows of a more or equal dependable mower for less money.

I hope my back holds through the week! Wow, I am feeling my age this week.

I have yet to get all my strength back from my last surgery and I can tell it now.

I am pleased that I have been able to stay pretty close to my schedule of what I wanted to complete each day, but today, is going to be iffy. I woke up around 4:00 am and couldn't go back to sleep for packing in my mind all I needed to do today so I got up to try and pack just once instead of twice.

I will breeze back on and off as I get a chance.
