I also pray that eyes remain open. I fear that many would vote for Ted Kennedy if HE showed up at a UPC service. (However he never would, unless in so doing it guaranteed an election win.)

I know of them because I follow what they have done. You see, Bishop Parent is my wife's cousin and I have grown to love & respect him very much. Back in the day of CLC Youth Choir tours, we made a stop at the church as well and fell in LOVE with the music. I have run into them over the years at a few music conferences.

I have heard all of the stories, listened to the music, and I so appreciate that church for what they do and also for the level of commitment, talent, and service.

I was supposed to take my current youth choir there a few years ago but it fell through on our end...someday....someday.
