This is a good post. I have known Bro Reckart pretty much my whole life. While I feel he is overly abrasive at times, I also know that he has a love for Truth, and loves people. His "hate" is directed towards ways that he sees as false ways, and he fights for the cause.
I am not his champion, but from what I see a few of you have attitudes just like you accuse him of having. You say you hate legalism, but then you attach the man himself.
His hate is directed toward people.
It's interesting to see that this man gets a pass while others don't. Does bitter and sweet water come from the same well?
Jesus' attitude toward those who didn't see down a particular gun barrel was to leave them be. God would sort out whether they were "of God or against Him" in the end and the fruit of their ministry would be indicative of that as well.
Reckart's reckless rude ruthless rhetoric is indicative of some kind of imbalance and doesn't deserve any passes or justification as far as I'm concerned.

Do they deserve a free pass after comments like this? Note the embolden quotes..

Make all the threats you want. Be mindful and well aware though; we WILL continue to fight against ALL liberalism, reprobates, false teachers, liars, haters of Holiness, devils, immoralities, all ungodliness, worldliness, and filth of the flesh.
File whatever you want. Contact whom you wish. Come after whom you desire. Your legal threats are meaningless, simply because this is PUBLIC information. Thus neither Sister Caya or Sister Edith are guilty of slander/libel.
You all on those devil filled forums can get on there and post filth and lies about Elder Reckart and the rest of us, but we don't retaliate by contacting lawyers and things of this sort. We allow God to take care of our battles.

For example, one of your late well known forum owners, attacked Elder Reckart, and within a matter of a short time, dropped dead with a heart attack. This is a very unfortunate happening, and very sad, but the scriptures did in fact give us CLEAR instructions TWICE;
1 Chronicles 16:22
Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
Psalm 105:15
Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
Quote:
We can only hope that he repented before his death. We know that unrepentant sin will keep you from Heaven, and if he was slack in his repenting for attacking the faithful and blameless Elder; the literal, grasping flames of hell hold him as a prisoner of everlasting torment this very night.
When you mess with God's people, you're messing with God too. We know He holds all power in heaven and in earth. The omnipotent Father Jesus Christ the Mighty God is on our side! If HE be for us, WHO can be against us? Bless His holy Name!
This is a warning to you sir; touch not God's anointed! Do His prophets NO harm.
Glad to be in God's Service!
Praying For You,
Brother Smith

As for me I am just going to leave these people alone, they aren't worth the time or effort. they can rant and rave all they want. It is their way of getting attention.
