He had the entire camp meeting praying for me, as well as lots of people everywhere. The next day when they did the cath, the doctor came in and said that he couldn't explain it, but it appeared that there WAS NO heart attack after all. But the enzymes don't lie, and I had had about seven abnormal EKGs and then I had a perfectly normal one. It was just God; I know He healed me at that time. And I know He can do it again!

Sherri,
I can relate and will share it more in depth with you when we see you, I have the tests of 2 abnormal EKGs and report of a possible heart attack and then to go back and have the Doctor tell me that nothing is wrong. I believe God did something to fix it.

(She was seat belted in and an air bag deployed and one arm went through the windshild, so you can imagine the pounding she took).
The car was totalled we had to pay the deductible - I advise people now, sue your own insurance company if you have to. Hire a hungry ambulance chaser- my family suffered because I "played ball" with the system. They robbed me.
So, anyhoo... I'm driving over to this guy's house one night to "look him up..." As I see the house toward the end of the street I see someone out in the front yard of a house nearby waving me down. It's a couple from another church in town that I didn't even know lived in that neighborhood. They stop me and we briefly chat... "Uhm.. I was just driving by...uhm... that's it..."
They probably saved me from having to make my own court appearances. I laugh at myself now. I was going to hurt him back then.

How did the guy get out of jail time so easy?

PP....
I have said this and I will say it again. What I said on the other thread was wrong.. I cant fix that now no,,, but I can say and have been wanting to all day but other stupidity has kept me preoccupied... I do not in any way advocate drinking! I was saved from that mess! I have seen both sides of it.. In the worst of ways. I remember that night drinking myself into a mess and the fear it put in me to never do it again...
I was also on the receiving end of this same action too many times! I know its not cool in any way. I watched my son who is now 15 be thrown across a living room by his father who was so drunk he didnt know his own name and my son slam into a wall... at 11 mos old! I remember taking him to the er with a fractured skull and wondering if he would live! The last time I was with someone that intoxicated I found myself later laying in the floor of a nursing home I was working in with a call light wrapped around my neck. Nearly strangled to death because of a drunk ex!
Yes I know these actions are wrong and I do want to publicly apologize to anyone I have offended even you pp.. And I do mean that with all of my heart.
Then there was the car wreck my husband and I witnessed.. a drunk driver hit a car at the light we were stopped at. I could go into detail but I will spare all the sick details. It ended up with careflight flying out with a mother who delivered her stillborn baby (7 3/4 mos preg) on the stretcher on the way to the helicopter and my mother in law having to preform cpr on the 19 mo old who was in the back seat and the dad who was so bloody he was unrecognizable. All this while the drunk driver awoke to see the accident he had caused without a single scratch on his own body! Yes Its sick and I do believe that these people should be prosecuted to the full extent!
However I will tell you this much! I WILL NOT BE THE ONE who will do these things but I will be the one who prays to God that whoever does is put behind bars for the rest of their lives!
Hope that gives a little insight into AG ... and for whoever is lurking who may want to add to this.. yea I have a past but its exactly that! MY PAST!

I don't have the time to read the entire thread, but did anyone mention the recent scientific data linking moderate drinking (2 drinks per day) with elevated risk for breast cancer?

AG, whatEVER your past may be...no one with class or Christianity would reference it negatively or throw it in your face, let alone call you ugly names. Shame on them!
