NO matter where I move to my "check" will remain the same...not sure I want to move to a foreign country though where everyone sounds like they are speaking a different language than I though

One thing you need to take into consideration is whether your disability comes from the State or Federal government. If it comes from the Fed then your monthly amount stays the same where ever you live. If it's from the State, not only would you have to reapply at whatever state you moved to, but you would also more than likely get a different amount. I know IN doesn't pay that much to those on State disability.

Well, Bro. if you are single, know what your income will be, and have the desire to make a change, then pick somewhere new and give it a shot. If it doesn't work out you can always move back to where you live now.
