Kerry essentially has taken the same view as Carter, i.e., that the Arab birthrate will exceed Israel's birthrate leaving the Arabs as the majority.
The problem is that even if that analysis were true, which it doesn't appear to be, it doesn't have anything to do with the peace negotiations or the status of territories that are being administered by Israel.
