Since the Defense rested....what happened with the toxicology report? I thought for sure since the Judge ok'd it, they would present it to the Jury...but they didn't.

I would love to be the foreman on that jury ok lets take a straw poll of guilt or innocnece before we deliberate ,wow everyone wants to go home tonight eh ? not guilty your honor so say we all ,how do you like that for a quick decision judge ?

OMW. Well, if you don't have a case, why not motion to strike testimony of the Defense's star witnesses. I'm not saying the Pros is wrong, unfortunately, these witnesses were told they were not to watch the trial or speak with anyone and they did not follow those orders.

If Good's testimony is stricken, we have no eyewitness that TM was on top. The girl who testified today about the break-ins would remove any evidence of crime in the area and GZ's helpful. If Donnelly's testimony is stricken, more good evidence for GZ is lost.
