That's their case. They're hoping the Jury is dumb enough to believe that those two phrases were uttered to show malice and an intent by GZ to murder TM. I would have to believe the Jury is becoming turned off by the repeated references to those phrases.

That should be good. I'm looking forward to hearing Crump's testimony. I'd also like to get the Mayor on the stand, since his office was where the 911 tape was played to Crump and TM's parents. It'd be interesting to get the publicist TM's parents hired on the stand too.

Judge didn't allow some things about TM brought in during opening statements, but Defense can bring all of this in now, right? Although, he would have to be careful and it will be a tit for tat on GZ's past as well.

As far as lineage goes, in spanish culture one takes on the mothers name because it is considered a matriarchal society.I know he has his fathers last name but since we were talking about jewish and african ethnicity I just wanted to bring that up.Those two cultures follow male spanish follows female....unless I just totally had a brain fart and didnt read what I thought I read.lol
